Sunday -- Buffalo chicken drumsticks, onion rings, celery and carrot sticks -- Add a little oil to 1/3 cup hot sauce. Brush on chicken. Season with salt and pepper and bake. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
Monday -- broiled flank steak (save some for leftovers;->), mashed potatoes, and steamed zucchini
Tuesday -- macaroni & cheese with corn and broccoli and Texas toast
Wednesday -- steak (from Monday) and spinach salad and potato chips
Thursday -- beef brisket, potato pancakes with applesauce, and chopped salad -- Toss chopped romaine lettuce, carrots, celery, peppers, and tomatoes with your favorite dressing.
Friday -- chicken piccata, mushroom risotto, and swiss chard -- Saute cutlets in a little oil. Remove from pan. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tbs butter, and 1 tbs capers. Ster to melt. Serve on chicken.
Saturday -- pasta puttanesca with tuna and green salad -- Toss 1 lb cooked pasta with drained 12-oz can tuna in oil and a 26-oz jar green and black olive pasta sauce.
