Default Corn on the Cob ~ Black Bean and Corn Salad Wrap

Corn on the Cob
Prepare as usual, cutting corn from cob and reserving at least one cup for later use.

Black Bean and Corn Salad Wrap
Mix reserved corn with 16-oz can black beans (drained) and 3 cups shredded romaine lettuce. Toss with 1 cup salsa mixed with 1/2 cup vinaigrette dressing. Divide among heated flour tortillas; roll up.
