Your Pasta
Prepare pasta in your favorite manner and reserve 2 cups for next recipe.
Caesar Pasta Salad
2 cups pasta
1/2 Caesar dressing
2 cups fresh spinach or sugar peas, arugula, artichoke hearts (what's in the fridge or cupboard?!)
Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate, covered, until completely chilled. Serves 4.
