Congratulations! I quit smoking with my husband in January 2009. I have a quit counter. Here is a link for another one. Xarka Software - Freeware Section it is the first one called Quit Counter. I have a lot of fun with it.

Thanks for this tip, Hope! I didn't know these things were out there!

I just found one called "Quit Smoking Counter" that you can do completely online. Talk about stunning! I've saved over $3000 in the 14 months since I quit--and have extended my life by more than 11 weeks! It's a great incentive!
