Sometimes when I go to print coupons, I get a "run time error" and computer closes me from the site. It still prints the coupon. Then I have to log back in. Now, I'm a real computer idiot-haven't a clue!!! It is just the age of my computer(dinosaur) or type of connection(LAN) I'm using?

I have no idea, my printer is out of ink (only 2 more weeks), I am afraid to try printing coupons, will have to restrict myself to printing ONLY before I go shopping, otherwise waiste of paper and ink on my part (I would forget that I already had a coupon, .........).
Good luck in your search for the answer, PLEASE make sure you let us know (by reply to this post), I am sure I will run into some of these kinds of issues, when I start the IP's.

Another computer idiot here!!!! I'm having a problem with some of the links to print the coupons. I'll click on the link and it will go to the web-site but I get a blank page, the bottom left says Done but nothing else happens and I can't print anything. I've tried going directly to the website and get the same thing. It must be some kind of setting on my computer that prevents me from getting it but like you I don't have a clue.
That is a normal IE response to printing bricks q's. It happens all the time and has more to do with the coupon printer from the company than from your computer. To date, there is no known solution to this issue.
