Change user name?

I contacted you in November about changing my user name. In your reply I was asked to sent you a new one, which I did. I have had no response since. Is this option still possible?

Is there a FAQ section that might give you instructions on how to do this?

Scroll up to the top of this post, on your left hand side you will see QUICK SUPPORT (Request Help, My Help Tickets, Features F.A.Q, and Control Panel). Click on the Request Help ~ enter info and request ~ one of the moderators need to change the info for you. You can only change the info. in your Control Panel.

Once you've purchased the Change Username Privilege, you will receive an email from the admin. You must reply to that email & provide 3 Different Username choices (as the username may not be available).
