I contacted you in November about changing my user name. In your reply I was asked to sent you a new one, which I did. I have had no response since. Is this option still possible?

Scroll up to the top of this post, on your left hand side you will see QUICK SUPPORT (Request Help, My Help Tickets, Features F.A.Q, and Control Panel). Click on the Request Help ~ enter info and request ~ one of the moderators need to change the info for you. You can only change the info. in your Control Panel.
