Trader Rank?

I can't locate information on what the Trader Rank means. Can someone point me in the direction of understanding how you get a rank / what you are trading / how you trade, etc.?

There is a coupon swap shop section, you can list coupons or other items that you have that you would like to trade with someone either for something else or for the shipping cost. It is a great way to trade a printed coupon you have that maybe you do not use or anything else that maybe you are looking for in a sample that someone else maybe has gotten.
