In order to do that, we bring you the Experience Shop, where you can earn points for your participation in the forums!
Alas No, but you do get points for responding to others' threads and posts.
2. What Can I get for Free Stuff?
Visit the Shop to Redeem your Points or view what's available.
3. How can I view my own points, ranking, etc.?
On the top right of your screen is your username (once you've logged in!), click on that and it will take you to your Profile. Click on the Pink Experience Tab and your information will show
4. How Can I view Others Experience Points?
To view other members Experience points, ranking or awards, simply click on "Experience" located on the top navbar no matter which page your on.
OR Simply click on their name in any Thread Topic
5. What if I violate the forum rules and receive an infraction, will I lose any points?
Yes, you lose 25 points per Infraction Point. Which means, if you receive an infraction with a point value of 4- you would lose 100 points. Not to worry though, infractions are rarely given out. Read more about them here
6. Why did the points required to purchase items change with the New Year?
As the economy fluctuates, so does the revenue within the site. In order to keep up with the growing expenses of purchasing and mailing items within the experience shop, we had to adjust the "point cost of each item". In the event that the economy starts getting a bit better and revenue increases than the amount of points necessary to purchase items will go down.
7. Last week, I had (x) points in the points for user category, since the adjustment on the 1st, they have changed. Why?
The Total amount of your points did not change. However, on January 1 we added several new features. The points are now divided by various Categories, points for user, points for threads, points for posts, points for miscellaneous. Items that were previously calculated under points for posts have been moved to points for threads, etc. The resulting total is still the same, but the category they are included under may have changed.
8. Is there a Limit on how many points a member can earn each Day?
No.
9. Why do people have negative points under Miscellaneous in the Experience chart?
If a user's post or thread is deleted, they lose the points that they had previously received for that thread. This is calculated in the Miscellaneous points category.
10. Which forums do I need to participate in to gain points?
You can earn points by participating in any of the following forums:
