Hi all,

I'm a 21 year old female moving to York, PA from LI, NY in early August and into an apartment with my fiance. We are starting the process of making sure we are frugal from the start! We found an excellent apartment for $425 plus utilities which is perfect for us, and we will both be working full time while I attend my final year of college at Penn State.
