I think I've just found my way home again!

This is really a bit embarrassing. Liss and I have been friends about 10 years now, and I wrote a column for the old Budget101 site, but all of this is so surprising! I remembered a great Italian Beef recipe for the crock pot and headed here, thinking this was still the old site. (Liss, you're so innovative, I should have known you were going to be doing something new. If my hours slowed down, I might actually have caught up with your equally crazy schedule! lol)

Anyway, the site looks fantastic, and I'm glad I've found my way home again! Now I just have to explore! There's so much here to figure out still.

Oh, details, right? I'm Michelle, and I did the Ethnic Inexpensively column as I had time. I know it's here still in some form because I saw some hints showing it. I just don't remember where! lol Like I said, I think I've just found my way home again! (Hi Liss! lol)

Welcome home, I just joined in Nov 2008 so I don't know what the site was like before that, but have found that the site just gets more awsome every month as new things are added. Hope you are able to free up some time to ENJOY.

Hello, glad you found your way back home. I dont think we still have a forum called ethnic inexpensively but posts from the old site are here, if you go to search and run a search for ethnic inexpensively you will be able to see every posts that it is mentioned or was there. Hope this helps

Thanks, Mdowdy. I knew Ethnic Inexpensively was gone. I think it closed about the time I took life-threatening ill three or so years ago. My column is still there, or what's left of it. Liss had a major crash back then and lost quite a bit. That's why I'm so thrilled to see the site as it is now. She's done beautifully to rebuild and create a firm foundation in this new version. I'm proud of her. (Liss, this is your cue to blush! )

Welcome back home! Love the your introduction title . Liss is a very hard worker and has really made this a site that is enjoyable friendly and a welcome to be on. Take your time checking everything out so many features. It has been very addictive site, not too many days go by in a row that I can go without being on here.

Amazing, what a stubborn commitment to "get it" will do, isn't it, JoAnn? Let's keep all of those hours I spent exploring yesterday (I think it ended up being 6 or 7) our secret (as if nobody else will read this, right? LOL).

I'll need to find some time--if she (Liss) would like some more--to post more of those columns to the Budget101 site. Since my recovery and return from that trip to Brazil, I've been exploring more--from Brazilian to Pakistani and Indian cuisines.

Hmmm...or maybe I should start a social group now as an extension of Ethnic Inexpensively.......................
