Liss help its md

ok I cleared my cookies etc and I usually have to sign back in when this happens. however when I put in my information now it tells me it is invalid and will not let me sign in. I know I am using the right info. I am wondering if it has to do with that email I asked you about in the help center the other day even though I just deleted it and did not sign in through the email. Help what do I do??????????

Hey gal, login with your regular username and use password test, then Immediately log in to your user CP and change your password

ok will try in 15 used all my attempts thanks for fixing the identifying info didnt think about it when I typed it. I was freaking and not thinking right lol

K, try again, I logged directly into the server and emptied the strikes count against you so that you could attempt to login again using your reg username (which I hid) hehe and the password of test . . .

Then, once you have, let me know if you need help changing your password
