    Default Turkey Leftovers

I was wondering if anyone had any additional ideas to use up those wonderful turkey leftovers. So far I have made turkey tidbits over mashed potatoes, turkey salad, turkey quiche, and turkey pot pie. Any more ideas?

    Thanks Jaime OH

You could make some turkey stir fry. If it was me though, I would be tossing it in the freezer to use at a later date as a fast meal.

    Jaime,
I would put it in the freezer also -- Like Kim said. Can really get boring eating all that turkey. Llloll

I would freeze for quick meal also, but usually make turkey noodle soup for the freezer as well.

I'm making turkey and sausage jambalaya tomorrow night. I usually use chicken, but with all this turkey...

    My favorite:
Turkey Shepard's pie...just chop it up and use it like hamburger. It comes out delicious.

i made turkey and dumplins. simmered turkey and a few bones for flavor. removed bones and added mixed vegies. simmered a bit and made dumplins as jiffy mix box said. stired first few spoonfuls into broth and spooned rest as directions say. cover and cook as box directs. very good and filling!
