Honey Pumpkin Pie

Honey Pumpkin Pie
4 eggs
3 cups pumpkin (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
2 tbs molasses
2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients together well for at least 3 minutes. Pour into two 9" deep dish unbaked pastry shells. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until done.
