Default Yummy Tuna Ramen Casserole

Got a lot of ramen noodles around? Why not turn them into a hearty meal? From Recipes 4 Living:

Ingredients
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine
3/4 C. chopped onion
1-1/2 C. crushed crackers or stuffing mix (reserve some for topping)
White wine
1 C. milk
1 C. chicken broth
1 Tbs. dry mustard
few dashes pepper
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices American cheese
1/4 C. chopped onion
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (any flavor)
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked

Directions:
Add 6 Tbs. butter to a frying pan. On low heat melt butter with 3/4 C. of onion. Cook for about 2 minutes until onions soften slightly. Add crackers/stuffing (or both) to pan and coat all of the mixture well. Splash about a shot glass of white wine into the pan, mix and cover for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Combine milk, chicken broth, 2 tbsp. butter, dry mustard, and pepper in a medium saucepan and slowly bring to hot (not boiling-milk will scald). Add cheddar and American cheeses, and 1/4 C. onion. Continue to cook on low heat until cheese melts. Break Ramen noodles up into 4 squares and add to milk and broth mixture. (Save seasoning packets for something else). Cook noodles until easily mixable in pan. Add drained tuna and mix well. Pour tuna noodle mixture into medium casserole and sprinkle stuffing mixture on top. Bake at 375º F. for about 30 minutes
