Wanted: Easy Gluten Free Recipes

This Thanksgiving I found out that the newest member of the family is not able to eat gluten. I hated seeing her have to pass up on some of the great food that was there because of it. I was wondering if anyone has any gluten free recipes that they could pass on. I'd prefer desserts, as I'm still more comfortable making those. Anything that might work for this Christmas is ideal, as that is the next big family get-together. Also, if it is passable as not being "odd", then even better. I just don't want her to feel as if she has eat separate things from every one else.

She just found out this past year that she can't have gluten, so I'd take any recipe that I can pass along to her. Also, she loved the Sweet Potato Dip that my son made, she just ate it with corn chips instead of graham crackers.
