Default Lemon Meringue Pie

1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs, separated
juice of 3 lemons (about 1/2 cup)
1 Graham Cracker pie crust (recipe to follow)
1/4 cup sugar

Beat sweetened condensed milk with egg yolks & lemon juice. Pour into prepared pie crust. Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Add sugar, 1 Tbs at a time, beating well after each addition. Spread meringue over pie & bake for 30 minutes, or until meringue is pale golden, in a 300 degree oven.
Serves 6-8
