Cream Cheese Frosting

1 (12oz) carton soft cream cheese
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 tsp vanilla extract
6 cups powdered sugar

In an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese & butter. Mix in vanilla extract & beat in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time.
Makes enough to frost & fill a 3-layer cake.
