Default Apricot Cake

3 eggs
1 cup Libby's Apricot Nectar
3/4 cup oil
1 box lemon cake mix

Grease & flour bundt or cake pan. Mix all & pour into pan. Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes. Wait 10 minutes & remove cake from pan. Pour glaze over cake while it is still warm.

Glaze:
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
water

In medium saucepan, slowly simmer glaze until it is a medium thickness. Add water gradually. Once desired consistency is reached, drizzle on cake.
