Default Orange-Caramel Pecan Biscuits

(Pillsbury Recipe)

(Serves 6)

1 Tbs butter, softened
1/2 cup butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1/3 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp grated orange peel
6 Pillsbury Home Baked Classics frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 25oz pkg)

1.) Heat oven to 375 degrees. With 1 Tbs butter, generously butter bottom & sides of 9 inch round cake pan. Spread ice cream topping in buttered pan. Sprinkle with pecans & orange peel. Place frozen biscuits over pecans or orange peel.
2.) Bake at 375 degrees for 25-28 minutes or until golden brown & biscuits are no longer doughy. Immediately invert on serving platter; spread any topping remaining in pan over biscuits. Serve warm.
