just curious how you get advance notice of what is going on sale ??? I always have to wait until the Wednesdays grocery flyers. Sure would help with planning use of coupons and not using them too soon to know what will be on special a week in advance. Thanks.

Thanks for all the Food Lion posts, don't usually shop there unless they have a 3 day special with great prices on things I need.(don't double coupons here and about 6 or 7 miles from me) But........with all the coupon links and items you're posting it sounds like there are some good deals there. I think I'll need to include this store on a more regular basis. Do they accept their store coupon along with a manufacturers coupon for the same product.??? Thanks
