would anyone know what the "american" equivalent for quark cheese is? i never even heard of it before..

well some of them I recognise...LOL...if someone knows about other substitutions, but the other way around, it would be great. I mean, there are lots of things in your recipes, that we don't have here in Portugal, such as sourcream, and buttermilk.

I've learned that Sriracha Sauce is much like Tobasco sauce but less vinegar and more garlic.
