Default "Spaghetti" with Turkey Meatballs

This is sooo yummy.

Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 tsp each thyme, oregano, and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
small amount of olive oil
1 small can each tomato paste and tomato sauce
1 - 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp Splenda or other sweetener
minced garlic to taste

Poke holes in the spaghetti squash and cook at 350 for an hour. Cut in half, scoop out seeds, and shred flesh with a fork to make "noodles."

Make your meatballs about 30 minutes into cooking time for squash. Combine turkey, egg, cheese, thyme, oregano, pepper, and garlic powder. Form into meatballs and fry in olive oil, browning on each side.

Combine tomato paste, sauce, and diced tomatoes. Add oregano, thyme, garlic, and Splenda to taste.

Add sauce to meatball skillet and warm through.

Serve meatballs and sauce over "spaghetti".
