Lowe's
We guarantee our everyday competitive prices.
If you find a lower everyday or advertised price on an identical stock item at any local retail competitor that has the item in stock,
we'll beat their price by 10% when you buy from us. Just bring us the competitor's current ad or other confirmation of the price that you have found.
Lowe's reserves the right to verify the lower price prior to sale.
Cash/charge card and carry purchases only. Competitor's closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation and damaged items are excluded from this offer. On percent off sales, we will match the competitor's percent off offer. Limited to reasonable quantities for homeowner and one-house order quantities for cash and carry contractors. Current in-store price, if lower, overrides Lowe's advertised price. Price guarantee honored at all Lowe's retail locations. Labor charges for product installation are excluded from our price guarantee offer in our stores with an installed sales program. Visit a store for details. For the address, phone number, and hours of operation for the store closest to you, please visit our Store Locator at: http://www.lowes.com/storelocator. Coupons at Target
I emailed Target after my internet coupons were refused at my local store--with the cashier's response being that "we don't accept those anymore."
Here's Target Corp's response. And YES THEY DO!
Thanks for asking us about using coupons at Target. Coupons are a great way to save even more when shopping with us, and it's easy to use them at our stores. Because of the variety of coupons available to our guests, we do have some guidelines for how coupons can be redeemed at Target.
When accepting coupons, we use the following guidelines:
- We accept two kinds of coupons: Target-issued and manufacturer-issued.
- We'll accept one Target coupon and one manufacturer coupon for the same item, unless either coupon prohibits it.
- We can't give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item; in this case, we're able to adjust the value of the coupon to equal the price of the item.
- We can't accept coupons from other retailers, or coupons for products not carried in our stores.
- All valid coupons should be presented to the cashier while you're checking out.
Additionally, it sounds like you received some misinformation from the store and I apologize for the inconvenience. We know the importance of having well-trained team members who can quickly and accurately assist you. Your feedback about your checkout experience has been passed on to our Store Training Lead for follow up with the store.
For questions about using a specific coupon, we encourage you to stop by Guest Service and ask to speak with the Guest Service Team Leader. They'll do their best to help while you're in the store. If you still have questions after speaking with them, please call our Guest Relations team at (800) 440-0680. Either way, we're here to help!

Does anyone know Walgreen's coupon Policy?? I'm having tons of trouble there as of last week.
Here's what I have regarding Kroger Stores in Southern Indiana.
Ms. Barbee,
Thank you for your inquiry as to the Coupon Policy in our Terre Haute area
stores, hopefully I can clear up your questions.
1. Our Coupon Policy does vary slightly based on the geographical
location.
2. In the Terre Haute market "Manager's Specials" and mark down product is
not subject to our Scan Right Policy.
3. The store will double only 2 identical coupons up to .50 per shopping
trip (24 hour period), all other identical coupons can be redeemed at face
value. For example if you had 4 of the same coupon, 2 coupons would be
doubled and the remaining 2 would be face value.
It is up to the cashier to "police" that part of the 24 hour policy, our
register system does not currently have a way to identify that you just
used 2 identical coupons.
I certainly understand where you are coming from
in your concerns with regards to your coupons doubling. It is unfortunate
that we do have to adopt policies that limit the doubling of coupons but in
recent years our stores have become the target of "professional shoppers"
and persons using so many of the same coupon that they wipe out the shelves
and our stores are unable to serve the majority of our customers. I wish
we could be selective about who we apply our policy to but unfortunately I
am sure you understand why we cannot. I apologize that I do not have a
better answer for you than that but we do appreciate your business and hope
that we can continue to serve you in the future.
Yes, it is true that coupons will only double with your Plus Card.
No, it is not true that we only accept Internet coupons up to $1.00, we do
not accept internet coupons for free product or for a discount that is more
than 75% off the retail on the item. Also, if the coupon bar code does not
scan or the coupon appears to be blurry or altered in any way we do not
accept them.
No, we do not limit the number of identical coupons that can be used to 6.
As I wrote you earlier, we do limit it to 2 identical coupons that can be
doubled in one shopping trip. That having been said, the manager does have
the right to limit quantities of an item that can be bought in one shopping
trip in order to service all of our customers. This would apply to all
customers not just those who use coupons on the product.
I have emailed the store with your concerns and the
"proper" policies that should be followed. To answer your questions about
the printed coupons, I would suggest printing in the best quality possible
to avoid issues where the store has to determine if a coupon is a photo
copy. While we do have the policy in place that should be followed
ultimately it is up to the store to determine the "validity" of a coupon
printed from the internet.
I appreciate you giving the store
time to get everyone "re-trained" on the coupon policies, I did talk to the
Front End Dept. Head yesterday and she did express concern that some of her
people on the Front End were not giving the correct information to
Customers on the coupon policies. She did assure me that she would take
care of this so there would not be future incidents. We do appreciate you
taking the time to bring these matters to our attention as we all strive to
make our Customers shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
Thanks,
Jason Frazer
