Thumbs up Amaretto Oriental Salmon

Amaretto Oriental Salmon
1/4 cup amaretto
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs sesame oil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
salt to taste
2 salmon fillets, skin on
1 tbs hoisin sauce
Combine amaretto, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, hoisin, pepper, ginger, and salt. Add salmon fillets and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a shallow roasting pan with vegetable oil spray. Place the fish fillets in the pan, skin side down. Bake for 10 minutes. Pour remaining marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes. Place fillets on a serving platter and pour reduced marinade over the top. Garnish with fresh asparagus and lemon slices. Recipe may also be used for salmon steaks. 2 servings.
