Angel Cake with Mango and Creme Sauce

1 cup lowfat small curd cottage cheese
2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
2 slices angel food cake
1 cup mango slices, drained
Combine cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla in a food processor or blender. (It will be necessary to work in smaller batches if using a blender.) Process 1-2 minutes or until very smooth. Place cake on individual serving plates. Add mango slices to each and serve with a dollop of creme sauce.
2 servings = about 220 calories
