1/3 small box of macaroni (any kind is fine)
1/3 bag of frozen broccoli
1/3 bag of frozen peppers
1/3 bag of frozen carrots
1 tsp garlic grapeseed oil
1/2 jar tomato sauce OR alfredo sauce (whatever is left in the house)
If you don't have a sauce, you can use butter or garlic grapeseed oil
1 tbsp butter spread (optional)
Cook macaroni as directed. Put sauce on low. Sautee veggies in a skillet in the grapeseed oil. Mix butter into macaroni after drained and add in sauce and sauteed veggies.
Pretend it is a delicious Olive Garden meal and enjoy!
