Potato and Ham Frittata Dinner
Potato and Frittata
Brown frozen O'Brien potatoes in nonstick skillet with a litle oil. Stir in 1 cup diced ham and 3 beaten eggs. Cover. Cook until set. Serve with salsa.
Steamed broccoli is good on the side.
