I called up the Kmarts in South FL and it seems like we aren't doing it either. Oh well.

Yes you have heard correctly. I called K-Marts head office today to verify. The local stores have been hit hard and wouldn't let their ad out at this time. K-Mart does have a 1-866 number so you can call to verify also, for your state. They did tell me that all K-Marts would have this ad in Ohio starting 11/30/08. Thanks for the info--
