Lemon-Lime Grilled chicken with Herbs and Spices

1/4 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/3 cup honey
3 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs lime juice
1 green onion, minced
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp sage
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
In large skillet, toast coriander seeds and fennel seeds over medium heat about 4 minutes or until fragrant. In large bowl, pulverize toasted seeds with mortar and pestle. Mix with honey. Whisk in lemon juice and lime juice, onion, thyme, rosemary and sage. Add chicken. turn to coat both sides. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Heat grill. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. cook 7 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. 4 servings = about 165 calories.
