Garlic and Orange Marinade
4 salmon or tuna steaks (buy the frozen on sale! I can get them for $3.99 and the package has four steaks! woo hoo!)
3 lagre garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive3 oil
1 to 1 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp rosemary
In small bowl, combine garlic, oil, orange peel and rosemary. Mix well. Pour mixture over fish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Grill and serve! 4 servings = about 60 calories.
