Coffee-Cocoa Glaze
value pak pork chops
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup coffee
1/4 cup bottled steak sauce
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
In medium saucepan, combine buter, coffee, steak sauce and cocoa powder. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Simmer 1 minute or until sauce is thick and smooth. Brush mixture over hot grilled poultry frequently during last 5 to 10 minutes grill time. Coats 8 pork chops = about 115 calories.
