Curry-Seasoned Butter Baste
2 lb firm fish fillets, like cod
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well blended. Brush mixture over fish fillets occasionally while grilling. 210 calories
