route accordingly, It is my job to filter out the trash, I am not allowed to
mindlessly transfer just anyone, I have to figure out who is the potential
customer, current vendor or legit business opportunity, it isn't as easy as it
seems but they will and I mean every time they will hang up if you put them on
hold, they have a timer on each call and they get dinged if it takes to
long.....
