Baked Oatmeal

Baked Oatmeal
6 Cups oatmeal
1 3/4 Cups brown sugar
1/2 Cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Cups Milk
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9x 13" pan for 30 minutes at 350F. Keeps in refrigerator 7- 10 days and freezes well in individual bags.
