Mix 1/2 C. oats with 1 C. water & pinch salt and bring to boil.
Once boiling, cover, remove from burner and wait five minutes.
Mix in dash cinnamon & top with chopped prunes, dried apricots & sliced raw almonds or walnuts.
No sat fat or cholesterol....a delicious hot breakfast. Yes, raw nuts are more expensive but a little goes a long way and they're much healthier.
