Quick French Toast
Breakfast-- On the weekend, I make an entire loaf of bread into French Toast. It takes seven eggs and about 1 & 1/2 cups of milk plus 1 Tbsp. of cinn.. Once the toast is cooled, I lay the slices on a sheet pan and freeze them. I then put the slices back in the same bread wrapper, and then put them back in the freezer. On those busy mornings, pop a piece or two in the toaster and the family has instant French toast.

When the boys were growning up I did this all the time. Still do it when I think of it for DH, and at the Holidays for the boys..

I do the same with Pancakes, but I pop them in the microwave. Fast hot breakfast before school!

We make up a batch of sourdough pancakes & lay on cookie sheets to freezee. When frozen put in large freezer bag, then when we want them we take out what we want & put them in the toaaster. We do the same with waffles. We will be making the french toast in the future.
