Brunch Ideas
I am hosting a ladies brunch in a few weeks, and will be doing the main dish. I need some fresh ideas for what I can make. I have some ideas, but would like your imput! Thanks

I just posted some crockpot breakfast type foods that might work.

An easy menu with fruits and cottage cheese tastes good all year.

overnight casserole
8eggs
4c milk
1 tsp salt
8 slices white bread - cubed -no crust
2 c meat ( sausage , ham , bacon) - I use less
onion and gr pepper ( to taste)
1 c shedded chedder cheese
blend first five ingredients, stir in meat . pour into 9*13 pan and refrigerate overnight. sprinkle with cheese before baking bake 350 for 45 -1 hour
our church make this for wedding and baby showers -we serve it with frozen fruit salad and cinnamon rolls -coffee and juice Bobbi - ne

Sunday Morning Casserole
Source: Paula Deen
SERVES 6
2 slices white bread
1 pound ground mild sausage
6 eggs) beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced, cooked, unpeeled red potatoes
1 1/2 cups combined grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
Cube the bread and place it in a buttered 8 x 11 x 2-inch casserole. Fry the sausage until it's almost done; drain off the fat. Mix the eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Layer the sausage over the bread, and top with a layer of potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake the casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set
