Homemade McMuffins
I make my own McMuffins. I take 2 egg whites, 1 turkey sausage, 1 english muffin, and 2 tbsp of shredded cheese, I toast the muffin, and place the remaining ingredents inside, and freeze them individually. They are healthy, cheap, and not to mention fast in the morning. ENJOY!

I do this all the time. You can fry some frozen hash brown patties and make it really seem like McD's for a fraction of the cost. I get my frozen patties from Walmart, but have also seen them at Kroger near the frozen potatos or near the frozen breakfast foods. For a lower fat version of this try putting the hash browns in the oven and baking them instead of frying.

How do you reheat these? Do you thaw the night before then stick in the toaster oven? Do you stick them frozen in the microwave? I assume everything is cooked before assembling, yes?

I heat them in the microwave for about 1 1/2 minutes in the ziplock bag I froze them in. They are sooooo good and healthy!
