I love this recipe b/c it's so easy and you can modify it as you need, and best of all you stick it all in the slow cooker the night before and it's ready the next morning.
1 cup regular oatmeal
2 cups milk (I make it using dried milk & water)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup ground flaxseed or toasted wheat germ
1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
Cooking Spray
Coat the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients and stir. Set slow cooker to low and go to bed. Wake up the next morning, stir and serve.
This is one of my son's favorite morning meals.
