Cheesy Ham and Egg Wraps
6 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 cup of ham, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of mild Cheddar cheese
3 Tortilla Wraps
Butter
Heat slightly buttered frying pan.
Whisk eggs in a bowl and add milk.
Place ham in frying pan and lightly brown for 2 minutes.
Add eggs and cheese, gently scramble. Set aside on a plate.
Warm tortilla wraps in the microwave for about 10 seconds.
Then fill each wrap with scrambled egg and ham mixture. Fold into wrap shape and cut in half or in pieces.

I add a little salsa with mine and use sausage instead of the ham. Another thing to freeze for busy mornings.
