Took my Andrew to another specialist yesterday about the nasal polyps. After an hour and feeling like we were being ran through a factory we finally got to see the doctor. By the time we left I was not happy, but did manage for one of those rare times in my life to keep my mouth shut, listen then left with full intents to do nothing this doctor...

Okay after last night I am turning a new leaf!! I had to work last night. My work involves helping families with 4-14 year olds in different ways. Today I have to admit life is good and I really love my job and that wonderful feeling you get knowing you helped someone who truly needs it.

My mood. yesterday took Andrew for his CT scan, as I mentioned in an earlier blog. Well the Doctor called today with the results. Not what I wanted to hear There is damage to his left sinus cavities (because of the huge polyps that where in there), the right side has signs of disease. Laymen's terms-he has more polyps on the other side...

What a day yesterday. I was in a dump mode over bills but had a chance to get them off my chest-of course had to apologize afterwards but man did I feel better

Well the bills for surgery are starting to come in. How depressing! Just for the hospital-operating room, recovery room, items used during surgery and recovery is almost $6000. Still have the doctor's bill for the pre-surgery check-up, post surgery check-up, biopsy (which will be lab and another physican fee). I have a $1000 deductible then 20%...
