I am so excited to say that we are ending our 2008 on a great note! Surgery went smooth once it started. The hospital called us at 8:00 and said that the doctor wanted to move the surgery up an hour and could we be there by 9:30. You better believe it! So everyone grabbed their things and loaded in the car and we drove an hour to get to the hospital....

In a few hours we will be heading about an hour south to get (hopefully) the final surgery for my youngest. He woke up about a half hour ago (5:00am) hungry and thirsty but of course can not have anything. I did manage to get him to go back to sleep-hope he will sleep for a couple more hours it will make it easier for him.
