Making Exercise a Habit!

I watched Biggest Loser Season 7 tonight and spend the entire episode crying. I don't know what moved me so badly but I felt so horrible for the contestants. I thought, I never want to get there. I don't want to feel the pain they feel. So after the baby finally fell to sleep, I grabbed the Wii Balance Board and did the Wii Fit Free Step for the last half hour: 3243 steps baby! Yeah! I was so excited. I felt great. Did 5 minutes of stretching, on top of my half hour of walking today. I will feel it tomorrow!

I didn't spend any unnecessary money today. I received $75 of groceries for $50.21!!! I bought $130 worth of clothing for only $80 with my gift card from Christmas! Great day all around. Now off to wrap up the computer time, shower, and get some rest!

Regarding your blog post Edit note, religion is not Off Topic in your blog. Religion and spirituality are part of who we are, what is disallowed is proselytizing, or trying to recruit others to whatever religion you believe (or bashing others for their spiritual views).

I saw bits and pieces of that show last night. It was a moving one for some reason, usually never effects me. Glad to see you found a motivation for using your Wii Fit. Frugal day over all for you as well. Way to go!

I just bought a wii fit last weekend. My whole family is absolutely addicted. I just unlocked the free step today, I only did 10 minutes though, I think my legs would fall off if I did 30. Good for you!!! Great job with your spending too.

My roomate has a wii fit, but we haven't been using it lately. I don't know why but I get embarrassed when I do things like that when other people are home

You don't have to do the strength & yoga stuff when roommates are home. Just play the games, it's still excersice.
