unexpectedly expecting #3.

welp.... I have real difficulty getting pregnant. I have 10 years between my kids.
In Jan because Dh is turning 39 and Im turning 38 this year... we decided with our youngest 20 months... that we would be done.
well cycle day 31 came and went... although its been forever that my cycle has been real long... once I hit 58 (today) I decided just to test. (I have had other symptoms making me wonder) and wouldnt you know it?
I am pregnant.
according to my LMP, Im due 10/12/09.
*if you are on my facebook, please do not share....we arent telling family for another week.

I did take another test and it was MUCH darker... so its not a "fluke" (you always have to have that darker line to confirm you know! lol) We ended up telling everyone yesterday. My parents were over... we gave them a card.... and my youngest was wearing a shirt that said "im the big sister".. and my mom finally got it.. It was cute. We gave the oldest a picture frame. My Dh called his mom, dad, sister, grandma... and then I put my facebook status on "announcing my pregnancy" and the rest of the family knew. I then called my grandparents and my sibs. my oldest brother who has boy/girl twins that were born in October....said he is bagging up all the baby clothes for me so no matter what I have... Ill have plenty. |

My 4 & 5 were a great big surprise! Every set of twins should come with a 12yr old brother to help out! Having just gone through chemo and still wondering how long I'd be around and knowing there would be no more kids what a big shock to not only me but the doctors and the whole hospital! When it turned out to be twins we were all doubly shocked! God gives us blessings when we least expect them!
