Getting back into the swing of things

Hey guys, I know I have been a little slack on posting etc here lately but I am getting back into the swing of things. Here is what has been going on.
School-these bachelors classes are hectic and fast paced on top of that we have teams that we work on part of the class work with. The team I am on have 5 people, should make things easier right?! Wrong, first one person did nothing, one who did didnt do half of what they were supposed to and what they did turn in was not college level writing. So me being editor of the paper had to fix this mess and plug in the parts that was missing plus my own work, thank goodness I had another person on the team to help
Home- Our house is divided into two apartments, we own the house so we rent out the other side. Well our renter has not paid since January so of course that I affected our budget. So I have been working on a new budget for our household until we can get him out and get someone else in there. Would be different if he had lost his job because of layoff etc but lets just say thats not the reason hes not working and leave it at that LOL
Of course the budget is taking a little bit because if you remember we are living on less than 20 thousand a year anyway with no help. So trying to do this without cutting out too much is difficult, but hey I like a challenge.
So I am still here and checking things moderating etc, just havent posted as much as usual. But slowly getting back into the swing of things
