2009 - a new year - a new me!

Well it's 2009 and boy did this past year fly by! I can't believe how fast time flies lately. This year I want to better my life.

In 2008 I found out my mom has Type 2 diabetes. My Grandfather on my dads side also has it so I'm at a high risk. I need to start eating healthier and exercising more. I would love to lose some weight this...
