MYO Pumpkin Roll Cake

Fall is a wonderful time of the year to fill the house with delicious smells of various goodies baking.
This year I wanted to create something a little different and created a pumpkin roll cake. It was really pretty and tasted even better!

Just for a FYI in case no one thought about it, these also freeze well. Last year I got one for Christmas and didn't eat it all so I cut slices and froze. Just as good when it defrosts as it was the day I put it in the freezer.

I haven't made pumpkin rolls in years. This sounds soo good too. Thanks for the reminder. mdowdy, you are so right about freezing the rolls.
