The last day of school...

I have a love hate relationship with the last day of school. I sat down last night and wrote my daughter's 2nd grade teacher a 4 page letter. She has been a friend to me this year in ways that I cannot start to explain. It's been a rough year and I always had her to go to when I needed advice. Besides the fact that she is just the most rockin 2nd grade teacher ever!!!!!! It seems to get worse every year..... I'll never have another child in second grade again. It is so sad for me and I can't explain why. We have so many uncertains for the next school year. I guess I just don't like change. I've got 1 going into highschool, one going into sixth grade and one going into third. They are getting so big. We have year round school here so my elementary school students start back up in 3 weeks so that's not so bad. I think I'm the only one going around school scrying the last day. It's cookoo!!!!
