My sons football jersey was stolen!

Posted 08-28-2009 at 01:02 PM by fosterfamily5
Hi all,

I need to vent.........

Last night our football squads were issued their game bags with Their Jersey's and game pants.
I took my son home from practice so dad put his game bag in the front seat of his truck. Dad had other work to do at the fields......

He stopped by the Circle K corner store on his way home and someone reached in and took my son's game bag! It's just so sad.......

the store video only showed 1 side of hubby's truck so it didn't catch anything. Come on! What the heck is some street kid going to do with a duffel bag with the #99 on it and two brand new game jersey's with my son't name on them. I've been checking all the bushes and dumpsters in the area because I'm sure they are just going to chuck them out. I hope someone finds them. The first home game is this Saturday. My son didn't get to play even 1 game last year because he got injured and had surgery to fix a broken humorus bone. this just isn't fair!!!!!!!

That is sad. Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking when they do things like this. I say they sure aren't using common sense that's for sure. Sorry to hear about the lose. Hopefully it'll turn up soon.

I hate it when this happens! When we visited Florida last winter and my daughter wanted a pink hoodie my husband broke down and paid the $56 for it and she loved it so very much. Our last day at camp this summer she loaned it to a friend (a deaf girl) because it started raining and she didn't have any thing to cover her. when we took her home she ran into her house and we asked for it back and they sid they'd wash it and return it at Church. They washed it and hung it up and the next day it was gone. We have put out the word all over our area for a pink girls hoodie that says Fort Walton Beach on it. So far no luck! Every once in a while she ges kind of weepy and says she sure misses her hoodie! I tried to find one online to replace it but have came up empty handed.
