Hello everyone!!!
I had heard the the overseas military can use expired coupons in their commissaries. The coupons can be up to six months old. I am looking for an address to mail these. Being a former Army wife - I know these come in handy!!! Can anyone let me know if they have the address of where to send them?? Thank you so much!!!!!!!
